Tell Minnesota State Board of Investment: no new Israel Bonds

To: minn.sbi@state.mn.us
Subject: Do not reinvest maturing Israel Bonds

Dear Minnesota State Board of Investment:

I am a Minnesota resident writing about public funds invested in Israel Bonds (Development Corporation for Israel). These bonds are unrestricted loans to the Israeli government during its war on Gaza, and all three major credit rating agencies have downgraded Israel's debt since October 2023.

As these bonds mature, I urge Minnesota State Board of Investment not to reinvest in Israel Bonds, and to publish a full public accounting of past and current holdings.

Thank you,
